Spicy chicken

Grilled spicy chicken with a special side!

The spices I used for the chicken are:

Yumm!

  • parsley
  • chopped garlic
  • tarragon
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper

I added olive oil to the mixture and rubbed it into the meat, then left it in the fridge overnight.

On the side:

  • pineapple chunks
  • sweet corn
  • chicken breast cold cut

Put all three in a pan and roast it for about 10 minutes on medium heat.

Then pour it into an oven-safe dish.

Stir an egg into half a cup of sour cream, until smooth and creamy.

Add a little salt and parsley, then poor the mixture over the pineapple-corn mix.

As a final touch, putĀ  grated cheese on the top!
