		<description><![CDATA[Grilled spicy chicken with a special side!
The spices I used for the chicken are:

parsley
chopped garlic
tarragon
dill
salt
pepper

I added olive oil to the mixture and rubbed it into the meat, then left it in the fridge overnight.
On the side:

pineapple chunks
sweet corn
chicken breast cold cut

<p>As a final touch, put  grated cheese on the top!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;ve just made this today and it turned out great!
It&#8217;s  loaded with vitamins and it&#8217;s very healthy! 
I&#8217;ve cut up half a cucumber, red pepper, a small apple and that&#8217;s it!
The improvised salad dressing was:

2 teaspoons  mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
dash of white wine
pinch of salt
ground black pepper

Enjoy!
